A weak con man panics when he learns he's going to prison for fraud. He hires a mysterious martial arts guru who helps transform him into a martial arts expert who can fight off inmates who want to hurt or love him.

There's just no universe where the concept of being sexually violated in a prison is funny enough to warrant an entire movie. Jennifer Morrison was funny. Some of the action scenes were actually pretty cool. The rest of the movie is just the same joke over and over and over again. Rob Schneider solves racism because he's such a cool smart strong guy.
