Honestly I found this one by accident. Was watching something else and this popped up in the recommendations next to it with some ugly AI-generated cover. But I figured whatever, dude, wolves, survival, looks fun. So I put it on
Took me a while to figure out why the characters weren't talking for the first like 10 minutes, then I realized they don't talk at all the whole movie. That was basically the first silent film I ever watched, if you can even call it that, since there's literally not a single line of dialogue. Not one. The characters just don't communicate or speak at all. And honestly that adds so much charm to it cause it definitely wasn't boring to watch
It's a post-apocalyptic thing with a gorgeous color palette. Gray skies where you can't tell where the sky ends and the clouds begin, bare trees, that beige-brown-dirty-green forest, moody but really interesting visually. And the wolves and people, you can't even tell which is worse, the wolves or the people
I thought the guy was just gonna run around for nothing and the girl was gonna get eaten by wolves, but nah. Turned out different and it was just wow. There's nothing extra in this movie. Not even dialogue. And honestly it probably would've been unnecessary anyway
It was amazing, I really liked it. Not gonna say it's the best movie I've ever seen or anything, but it's interesting. Genuinely interesting. And even though it's not horror, it still keeps you tense

It’s not experimental, just straight up lazy.
Coming into the movie blind, I was quite interested to find out that it was going to be a no-dialogue movie as a have always wondered if someone could pull that off.
They didn’t.
At times it felt like they forced no dialogue when there clearly should have been.
I got the impression that the directors just didn’t want to deal with dialogue and they proved my point at the ending of the movie when we didn’t get a reuniting scene at the end.
It again felt like they were too lazy to do it.
