Sylvia Plath reading poems from Ariel

i wish i had read about her sooner. it was only this year that i read the bell jar and that book completely and utterly changed my life and how i view myself completely. to be a woman is a luxury, but to live as a woman is a curse that we can never reverse. i've been reading all her books since then, her poems, her journals and i've been stalking every little bit of media about her to consume. she's a woman who facinates me to much. her confessional poems are relatable but so raw and vulnerable, she's a woman who knew how to write, how to speak, how to be unique, and herself but unfortunately she could not live with that. she was only 33 when she passed and that is a shame. she would have been outstanding as she grew older (and more wiser? i dunno.) i truly admire her and her work, and her reading these poems was very therapeutic for me to listen to. her voice is stunning and the way she talks is so enchanting and beautiful. she must have been a delight to be known and a wonderful woman.
