When a Midwest town learns that a corrupt railroad baron has captured the deeds to their homesteads without their knowledge, a group of young ranchers join forces to take back what is rightfully theirs. They will become the object of the biggest manhunt in the history of the Old West and, as their fame grows, so will the legend of their leader, a young outlaw by the name of Jesse James.

What a cast, complete with Cowboy Harvey Specter. Really fun western.

This is still a fun movie that is briskly paced and maintains the right tone throughout. Colin Farrell is good here, but his American costars are clearly better at Southern accents than he is. Basically the diametric opposite to “The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford”.

This was the first movie I ever saw Colin Farrell in when I was 14 and I was obsessed with it for a period of time. I probably have not seen this in 20 years but I still remember quotes 😭 it is Not Great but it’s fun and the 14% rating on Rotten Tomatoes feels a little harsh.
Rewatching this as a grown ass woman: Gabriel Macht as Frank… hello!
