What a film! The film created such an amazing atmosphere of suspense and despair. The atmosphere was so wonderfully created the audience felt like they were going crazy with Paula. The way Charles Boyer with little things such as making her think she lost little things all the way to her imagining her aunt was murdered was just fabulous. Tfilm made the audience feel Paula frustration and despair was excellent. And the final scene where Paula rehearsed her husband actions of making her think she was crazy was pure cinema. Great film, not my favorite kind of genre but this film took a genre that I don’t normally enjoy and watch and made it a must watch excellent masterpiece.
