This is a kids movie so I’ll cut it some slack. It’s a little uninteresting and has some pretty big unanswered questions like why didn’t anyone in the town know about the over world, why was there rules about going into the darkness, why were the animals so big? I also wish there was more lore given about the cause to go underground, they should’ve discovered that as they were figuring out how to escape.
Overall a quick, fun watch.
