honestly, there's some pretty well-written banter in this hallmark christmas romcom. the leads definitely had chemistry too. i actually could've loved this one if it weren't for its overall plot (i'm a little tired of real estate-related stories, hallmark). when it isn't boring, this movie has its very sweet moments!
