All Hallows' Eve: Inferno

Well, damn. This franchise misses Art I would say. And why would you call this All Hallow’s Eve and yet none of the stories have anything to do with the holiday at all? And who was in charge of the lights in the wraparound? Holy cow I was squinting way too much during those parts.

Oh and I apparently missed there was a movie before this one? Looks at Letterboxd score Nah, I’ll pass

This was a lot better than I expected which is crazy considering I was expecting arguably the worse horror film of the year. I mean look at the ridiculous A.I generated poster; have we no shame?

Any Phil Tippet inspo will always be appreciated in my book, & to an extent while deeply valid there’s something about the uncanny unpolished motion of the wrap around segment that made me genuinely unsettled but anytime we weren’t on that segment (& the first Jacob’s Ladder inspired piece) this shit was a snoozefest.
