"I know this sounds like a cat poster... but it's true"
This was such an awesome rewatch experienceee!!! I'm so happy that I got the opportunity to watch this in the cinema due to it being basically my whole childhood (because I've always loved Lego and especially all of the Lego movies) but damn, the comedy honestly can't be topped!! And it's also really funny when looking back on it all and noticing details that you wouldn't exactly understand if you were younger, like how this film is essentially bashing capitalism, authoritarian governments and spreading a message to the people not to read the instructions but infact to think for oneself over doing what you're told and what you see (propaganda) representing individualism and creativity. Now, when I was younger, I wouldn't have been able to understand all this while watching it, but it's kind of funny now when seeing how much more is understanded now, but the topics disclosed are still very very relevant and I believe that it was all very well written.
Viewing this in 3D was actually so awesome (I will be infact rewatching this again tomorrow), and I just love being able to look back on my childhood when watching this film because it's just so nostalgic. Memories keep filling my head, and sometimes I just miss the times when this first came out, I can't believe that 12 years have passed since the first ever watching this film... damn.. I'm getting old :(
Maybe... Everything is Awesome
