Honestly, nakalimutan ko for a while na komedyante si Vic Sotto. This is probably the most serious I’ve ever seen him on screen, and he carried the role really well. He actually felt believable.
That reveal genuinely caught me off guard. The movie knew when to stay restrained and when to hit hard. Yung ending, parang may pinapahiwatig na Part 2, and I wouldn’t mind.

the film directly focus on a setting where the Philippines was never colonized nor influence by colonizer and them being able to continue the culture, yet shows lualhati wearing white bride dress instead of traditional is crazy—White gown usage in weddings was influenced by Hollywood culture—kind off plot hole if you asked me.

this movie reeks of unrealized potential with underdeveloped ideas and wasted set design. while it isn’t all bad, it certainly leaves much to be desired and should have been heavily tweaked before release
