“Art should comfort the disturbed and disturb the comfortable.”
Maria, Leonora, and Teresa, but Japanese.
*** ***
I fear my trauma from Maria, Leonora, and Teresa would be unlocked again as the story navigates from a mother who lost her child and finds comfort through a doll. I just know the story will be traumatizing despite the lack of jumpscares and more of storytelling. As the story continued moving, everything went blurry for them but clear to Aya's plot. The ending was so good that there was a lot going on—from whether they burned her or not, the traumas flashing back, and the real reason behind Aya's jealousy and comfort found from them. I thought I'd get another unresolved story but got fed well.
The experience of seeing something comfortable but creepy, and soft yet tragic.

Es tan cliché, pero ese no es el problema, el problema es que se va poniendo tan aburrida y predecible
