red velvet has been the most consistent thing in my life for the past 10 years. all of the phases i had as a teenager to adult, musically, style wise, everything, they've always been there. these girls are more than a kpop group to me they are truly my favourite musical act ever and seeing them grow musically and as people has been such a constant joy in my life.
there truly isn't a song or album of theirs that i don't like because their music is of such a high quality calibre that most kpop groups can not and will not ever reach to their level.
this is a concert film that is meant to be happy and joyous and a celebration of their long career in the kpop industry which is honestly such a rarity these days, especially with a girl group and all i could do during the film was just cry because of my absolute adoration i have for red velvet. they have been through so much over these past 10 years, and so have i. in the most non parasocial way possible, this was like a family reunion for me.
i don't play when it comes to these 5 girls and that will always be the case, as it has been for the past 10 years.
