Amanda Peet is back on the big screen after 10 years, and I'm so here for it. She gave a great performance as well. The rest of the cast is really strong. The story itself is decent, but adds nothing new to the awkward guy falling in love tale. The best moments by far are between Matthew Shear and Amanda Peet; their scenes are a mix of comedic, awkward, and sometimes cringe-inducing. Wasn't really a fan of how it ended it didn't feel like it resolved anything and when it cut to black I felt unfulfilled and wanted more. But nonetheless, it's a solid directorial debut from Matthew Shear.
