It’s a pulpy bloody mess and everything I love about Antonio Banderas and Robert Rodriguez. I love Mexican Willem Dafoe and all I can say is that this movie fuckin rocks.
HAPPY CINCO DE MAYO!

It's definitely a downgrade, not a lot but still is, feels rushed and like there are plot holes and William Defoe's character was – kinda – useless to the plot, of course not completely but still kinda, to be fair its humor and actors really hide the plot holes or/and stupid/unnecessary things, like it's genuinely so quotable I can't but put every single quote I loved into this review.> ‘‘Are you a MexiCan or a MexiCAN'T?’’> ‘‘Fuck off.’’> ‘‘Look me in the eyes and then kill me.’’> ‘‘Have you ever seen one of these? Have you ever used one? Don't ever because, they're very very bad, but what I need for you to do is to aim this, at the bad man who's following us and shoot him in the head.’’> ‘‘I don't think, I drink.’’> ‘‘Why doesn't my key work anymore?’’
‘‘It's too small.’’> ‘‘You want me to shoot the cook?’ ‘‘No. I'll shoot the cook.’> ‘‘What do you want in life?''
‘‘To be free.’’
‘‘Simple.’’
‘‘No.’’> ‘‘See anything you like?’’
*Shoots her ‘‘No.’’> ‘‘Okay, Okay. I'm going to freak right out.’’They're mostly Sands' lines but come on he was put in here to make us laugh and he made us laugh.
