This guy's every sentence sounds like poetry. A tragedy of a life, spent in the cinema out of fear for what's waiting outside of it.

The context that this brings to Sabzian as a person definitely helps make “Close Up” better. How many film fans would do the same things as Sabzian? I am glad Sabzian acknowledged that this documentary will film him in a certain light and he didn’t know if it would be good or bad. In the end Sabzian didn’t care if he would be portrayed poorly because all he wants is to be filmed. I think this speaks to the current state of online media where people will do or say whatever just for a chance of getting attention.

very cool! continues the lore of Close-up in a very convincing way.
EDIT: just realized this is real :(, that’s so sad.
