A very empowering yet horrifying film for those with a heavy moral conscience.
Although it is a bit slow in the middle, this movie is a classic example of standing up for what you believe in no matter the cost. We can learn a lot from Helmuth Hübener.

Hoy he ido al cine y he decidido que me apetecía ver dos películas. He entrado a ciegas sin saber realmente de que trataba y he de decir que me ha sorprendido para bien.
Es una historia muy profunda y cruda más aún sabiendo que está basada en hechos reales. Da gusto haberla visto. Es sólida e interesante constantemente.

tem o mesmo problema de todos os filmes de segunda guerra e ditadura que inevitavelmente acabam virando uma autofelação. acho que o roteiro quis dizer alguma coisa mas ainda assim acaba caindo nas mesmas platitudes de sempre e a direção também nao enche os olhos. é um bom filme padrao de segunda guerra sem nada que diferencie dos milhares de outros

standing up for what you believe in is so so so important. i honestly just wish it wasn’t as boring as it was. i would’ve loved to love this movie but it was so stretched out, i kept checking the time to see how much was left of it.
