Not the first Mark Harmon movie I've seen, but this is one of his better performances. I love a good 80s movie that can just be itself without being so complex. I'm a sucker for Mark Harmon, hot babes, and Hawaiian shirts, everything I love right here. This movie is quite bizarre. I do think it was a bit weird to have Mark Harmon as a teacher, that a student was into him, and her character was 16, and he was possibly mid-30s. But I have to remember this is the 80s, things were different then. I had fun, and this was a cool watch. It’s a goofy ass 80s movie with a Danny Elfman score and Mark Harmon the underrated 80s heartthrob, what’s not to love? 

Chainsaw is literally me. I had an English class in uni and for the icebreaker on the first day we had to go around and say our favourite movie- naturally I said Texas Chainsaw Massacre and the prof looked so disappointed. I am who I am!
