When an over zealous scientist pushes his experiments with string theory too far, his brane explodes. That's "brane", not "brain", meaning someone has to sort out the mess he has created. Corey Harlan is sent in – kicking and screaming – to find the heart of the brane and its creator.

I loved it. There is a lot of joy to be had from experiencing the sausage getting made. Bulk lays it out pretty clearly. I think thats where a lot of the creative ideas are these days I guess?? Narrative was an aesthetic choice and it was woven in a pretty classy way I managed to keep hold of a thread somehow.

Beautifully handcrafted, absolutely mind-controlling

Seem this tonight at GFT with a Q&A after with Ben Wheatley, got the chance to ask him a question that was tickling my brain the entire film and a chance for a chat afterwards when he was signing the poster and zine I had

If you get a chance, see this film whilst it’s on tour!!
