For a found footage film, this is definitely very decent. It has a really good start, maybe not such a good ending, but it’s entertaining. I love that it takes place in the woods; I’ve always liked the woods, but I’ve also always found them kinda terrifying. Other things I liked were the folk horror theme and some genuinely well-done scary scenes in the woods. What I didn’t like was the pacing and how the story starts distancing itself from the folk horror and turns into some psychological thingy, which just leads to a pretty mid ending. Tbh, I think it could’ve been much better if they’d stuck with the folk horror angle.
