Compared to the 1977 film, I don't think anything will compare. It was fun, but not necessarily my favorite. Shoddy animation aside, it felt a lot more like a traditional Disney musical that didn't have the heart of the first movie.

Childhood comfort movie. That also utterly terrified me! Those 90s animators were really on something, scaring us like that.

Now, it’s just a really fun cozy adventure, and the songs are so cute.

Re-watching this one because I’m going to tackle Possession (1981) tonight and need to gear up with something adorable.

Adventure is a wonderful thing.
