This film probably has no meaning except maybe childhood? But interpreted it as being dependent on someone, hence maybe the used cigarettes since someone already used it, or more so passing it down for someone else; maybe that was what God was for in this film, being a source of reliability. I don’t know, that’s just what I got out of this film. It has a really beautiful aesthetic of childhood though and maybe that’s was what they were going here for.
