this is my first time viewing a silent film. it’s a very profound experience, it requires more attention and focus, more on the spot interpretation than i would have expected. the lack of stimuli kept my mind more occupied than the loud, attention grabbing slop hollywood mass produces.

Reminds me so much of my childhood that it’s strange, and it also reminds me this one film I made that is now lost media when I was 10. I remember three distinct scenes, one where I was in bed half naked, with this bee plush indicating I had sex with it, another where I was taking a bubble bath, and another where I subtly recorded a public swimming pool. I’m not sure why the third I remember, as the first two are much more vulgar, but this WILL be getting made as Vincent Gallo playing me and the bee is Chlöe Sevigny.
