Not as bad as I remembered tbh. But Still the worst tmnt movie made yet. The concept of the turtles going back in time to feodal Japan is Def an interesting concept but u could still make it a bit more interesting, as I felt that this was a bit boring and lacked good writing.
The turtles looked the worst in this, at the start of movie they felt so fake and moved liked robots, you could see very well that they were animatronics. Splinter's voice actor was also changed which sucks.
The turtles finally used their weapons again which was nice to see.
But oh my, CASEY IS BACK!!! The 2nd movie didn't have Casey at all so it was so cool seeing him again, He's such a great character and I give a half a star just for that.
