My daughter turned 13 recently and her main forms of communication are now:
Commenting angry face or poop emoji comments under my TikTok movie reviews (without actually liking my videos)
Being nice and actually coming out of her room when she wants either Robux or V Bucks (or both)
And spamming my TikTok inbox with endless cat videos and then getting mad when I don’t immediately watch them
With that in mind I took the kiddo to the Cat Video Fest 25, which is a solid 77 minute meow-a-thon of cat videos.
Annnd it was about what you would expect a solid 77 minutes meow-a-thon of cat videos to be like. Plenty of laughs, plenty of awe how cutes, a couple of tear jerkers including one animal rescue of a poor flea and mange infected puddy, and it starts off of course with a cat playing a keyboard.
What you can’t do, and what you probably normally would do, is scroll past to the next vid.
4 stars from my daughter (who would have given it 5 if there for were more vids of cats running into stuff) and 3.5 stars from me.
