🇺🇸 (American)this was my first time watching crime-comedy French movie. well i can say this feels chaotic, silly, and completely self-aware in the best way
the humor/comedy is very over-the-top with lots of absurd jokes, random moments and playful breaks from reality that make the whole movie feel fun! it doesn’t try to be subtle at all and that’s exactly what makes it so entertaining
and what makes this stand out is how confidently ridiculous it is. it leans into parody and doesn’t take itself seriously for even a second, which creates this constant stream of light and goofy energy. even when the jokes are super random or exaggerated, there’s a charm to it that keeps everything fun rather than annoying
overall, for me it’s the kind of movie we watch when just want to laugh and enjoy the funny chaos in it! 🤣

🇫🇷 (French)c’était la première fois que je regardais une comédie policière française, et je peux dire que c’est complètement chaotique, drôle, et super conscient de lui-même, dans le bon sens. l’humour est vraiment exagéré, avec plein de blagues absurdes, des moments random, et des petites cassures avec la réalité qui rendent le film totalement imprévisible. le film n’essaie pas du tout d’être subtil et c’est justement ça qui le rend aussi divertissant
ce qui rend ce film spécial, c’est à quel point il assume son côté ridicule. il joue à fond la carte de la parodie et ne se prend jamais au sérieux, ce qui crée une énergie légère et un peu débile (dans le bon sens) du début à la fin. même quand les blagues sont très random ou exagérées, il y a un charme qui fait que ça reste fun et jamais agaçant. au final, pour moi, c’est le genre de film qu’on regarde quand on veut juste rire et profiter du chaos drôle qu’il propose! 🤣
