Rent is an all-time top 5 musical for me. I haven’t watched this in YEARS and I’ve been having the itch recently. It has its problems (mostly due to the passing of the late GREAT Jonathan Larson) but I love it so so much. “The opposite of war isn’t peace, it’s creation!” was my Instagram bio when I was 14.
Also my fav songs are “Santa Fe” and “What You Own”, as well as the obvious title track “Rent” and “La Vie Boheme”
