While I still maintain the belief that John Waters' Serial Mom is the closest a film has ever gotten to replicating the comedic writing and pacing of a Simpsons episode (it's literally a Treehouse of Horror sketch come to life), The Wrong Guy is a real close second (and obviously it helps that the script is penned by Jay Kogen, co-writer of some all time best Simpsons episodes (Lisa the Greek being my fav of his work)). Pretty consistently funny packed wall to wall with witty one-liners, visual gags, slapstick, and every character being an absolute idiot. It's even got fucking Craig Feldspar!?!!?! AND HE CO-WROTE THIS!?!?!?
