Young Michael Caine, you’re like another misogynistic father giving lessons about life and women to me

Christ! This was bloody brilliant. I didn't expect to enjoy this half as much as I did. I really liked the ending credits too. I found Alfie a rather charming - if not arrogant - protagonist. I like that in my main characters. I find it incredibly real, and just really nice to see them change throughout the story and become softer with time
