The only good part of this movie is the very beginning scene then it just goes downhill from there. It went from a survival gritty film to a military, stop the virus film. It becomes something super generic and boring. It also had some ridiculous scenes in it, like when they went into the subway with no light, dumb as fuck.

Don is a total piece of shit, for real. Did he leave his brain back at the cottage or what? And those kids... my God, they just keep making everything worse! It's like everyone in this film competed to see who could be the biggest dumbass, the lack of common sense is actually nauseating.

I’ve got a lot or respect for the people of London for being able to hide from the cameras every time a new zombie movie starts filming. I’ve never seen a city look so empty. I’d say this was a worthy successor to 28 Days Later. Obviously not quite as good, but it’ll definitely give you an adrenaline rush. I liked Jeremy Renner’s performance, and everyone else was alright. Hope I can catch 28 Years Later in theaters soon.
