10/10 I mean just perfect. First watch I gave a 9.7/10 because of a slow first hour. Even though it was slow at first it honestly just didn’t bother me. The stunning visuals genuinely had my jaw dropped even on this second viewing. The story is so damn emotional and Matthew McConaughey delivers one of my favorite performances ever. Also just such an amazing and well put together story. The idea of Miller’s Planet just terrifies me. The theoretical physics here are amazing. I’m very into space so it is always cool to just watch them talk and show theoretical physics on screen. I rewatched this movie for my Project Hail Mary viewing in a couple days. Which has gained many comparisons to Interstellar which makes me i credibly excited to see it. If it lives up even close to Interstellar, I know I will genuinely love the movie.
