Absolutely one of my honest-to-God guilty pleasures. Of course the rather atrocious and abrupt ending leaves much to be desired (curse third-act-syndrome), but the real highlight is the phenomenal chemistry between Halle Berry and Abigail Breslin. Despite the mediocre screenwriting the emotional connection and borderline trauma bond between Jordan and Casey is class act. Don't think I could exactly call this a "comfort film" giving the plot and tone, but I can definitely catch myself putting this on over and over again. Could've easily been a 4 or maybe even 5 star rating if extra time was given for the ending and a few minor plot-holes.
