Some truly insane choices especially with editing. I think it was trying to be fast-paced and sort of overwhelming but it just ended up making the continuity between shots really strange, such as audio being continuous but Lucy goes from 10 feet behind him to being next to him between shots, and there are times when a shot will return to someone after they finish talking and it’s clearly a different take from when they were first talking. And the constant cuts and close-ups. I’m not sure how much of that I liked. You can explain it as being a result of intentionally making it disorienting but even if I accept that it feels very sloppily done. Definitely some good dread though.

Horrorx525 7/52

Short-> feature

this actually worked surprisingly well as it went from a short to a feature length. This felt more thriller than the more supernatural short. Getting caught in some kind of spooky time loop is, to me, more interesting, but having it be an evil little dude works fine.

The term average is perfect for this movie. It had an interesting idea but was poorly executed.
