Holy yearning. The visuals are absolutely breathtaking in this movie and i adore the aesthetic very much. This movie is rich with culture making it so beautiful to look at, the plot was nice although not quite my type as I found some scenes a bit too dramatic for my liking.

every single character in this is so well written and performed i love how the women don’t gaf , like paro leaving dev because he acted on impulse and emotion like all men ontop of that he was so dramatic about it while paro had to take care of a whole house and kids and didn’t crash out until the end he was doing too much.

Parvati and Chandramukhi should’ve just eloped and left Devdas to perish. He’s literally proof of what happens to brown men the second they go abroad and start getting ideas smh
