Albeit slow the blue dahlia is a really good movie with a solid twist at the end. Buzz is an amazing hothead of a character and george is there to mellow him down. Slowly paced,but it's really good in my opinion. (Additons) The twist of buzz maybe being the killer is also really good as it adds up with him having a screw loose with the "monkey music".

Have recently read multiple Raymond Chandler novels and had this sat on my shelf for a good while, once I realised this was written by him I just had to watch it! Absolutely fantastic!
Also heavy bias on the rating as I love Chandlers writing.
