Angel 4: Undercover
I’m genuinely shocked by how much of this worked for me. 

The 4th movie in the series.
The 4th actress playing the lead.
The 4th best Angel film.

Everything here screams “take this script that’s not working and shoehorn Angel into it.”

Plus her boyfriend Joel is played by Mark DeCarlo AKA the voice of Jimmy Neutron’s dad!)

Also Roddy McDowall should have been in every movie, especially just to pop in and be the best thing on screen and leave!
