Taking off immediately where the last one ended, Mike travels across dimensions and time, fleeing from the Tall Man while trying to find the origins of his enemy and what really happened the night that his brother died. Meanwhile, Reggie battles spheres and the undead in a quest to find Mike before the Tall Man can complete his transformation.

Why weren't Tim and Rocky in this? IV is an interesting attempt at recapturing the seriousness of the film and it had some interesting usage of newly discovered footage from the original but it got a little bit convoluted.
