this is RIGHT up my alley. not a "good" movie at all but super enjoyable. one cannot go wrong with vampires and bruce campbell (with a mustache! i need to watch xena again) also for some reason bobby briggs was there and every time i saw him it was a jumpscare. also god confirmed canon

This could have genuinely been a masterpiece if they hired more than three people who could act. The whole thing with the good vampires being forgiven by God is so cool and they did the synthetic blood before True Blood. Robert and Sandy I love you. Also why is it called the Vampire in Retreat? There are so many vampires in retreat, not just one. And who is THE vampire, Mardulak? Because honestly bro was irrelevant idc.

Great mix of so many genres, something for just about everyone here! But the vampire action is top notch and had me invested the whole entire time! And best of all, Bruce as a Van Helsing descendant!
