I liked the content well enough, but I didn’t really like how the interviewer spoke to the families, she seemed judgy and rude at times. I think it would have added a lot to go more in depth into the root problems instead of just anecdotal stories, but i won’t lie and say I wasn’t invested in these kid’s stories. Some of them were around my age at the time, I hope they’re doing alright now.
EDIT: I just found out that the filmmaker is Nancy Pelosi’s daughter and the families featured in this were not compensated for being in this documentary, so I actually hate this. It’s exploitative and awful, those poor families
