Nobody's perfect. There was never a perfect person around. You just have half-angel and half-devil in you
There’s some melancholy in that obsessive search for better days. It all seems far away. The sun shines on your face, trying to make you not feel invisible, but you still feel small in all the immensity of nature, wealth, and labor It’s so beautiful, so rough, and we listen to their story through a girl who doesn’t understand much about our world, but understands that she already had her days of heaven

Visually stunning to say the least. Truly might be one of my favorite films visually. The pacing was a bit too slow in the beginning but the later half hit its groove. The last thirty minutes raised my rating for sure. This is my second Malick film and definitely not my last.
I really hope The Way of the Wind gets released soon. Happy Easter!

You know how Tarantino has a foot fetish? Terrence has the same but for sunsets and lens flares
