the logistics for this are so impressive - but it felt like in pursuit of that historic 90 minute shot, they gave up on writing, dialogue and pacing. can’t help but feel like if there were 2 or 3 cuts in this movie, we wouldn’t be talking about it today.

Was really excited for them to cover the KGB and Cold War but unfortunately never got that far. Assume they also want to stay un poisoned

Insanely monumental. Very dense and difficult to latch onto at times, but a beautiful and very skilled portrait of Russian society throughout time. I love how experimental it is. I truly cannot fathom the amount of work that must've gone into getting this all to work. Really awe-inspiring stuff.
