It's interesting that Disney is attempting to address serious and profound topics like World War II.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work at all here – the film is generic and bland, and I also missed the characters from the first film (even though I didn't particularly like it).

I like this better than the original film. Jane is a much more compelling main character than Wendy.
