This could have been so good...

This movie starts out really great but then becomes an increasingly rough watch; although I must say that the last hour or so is quite fun again and doesn't contain the issues that are prevailing in this movie as much.

I loved the setting and the plot/premise, especially in contrast to the first installment of the Predator franchise.
Overall I think this does a way better job as a first introduction to the predator itself as it's throughout the movie much more mysterious and especially the characters themselves don't have a clue of this being and are just dealing with those gang issues.
But sadly the acting (and other issues I can't quite point out right now) kinda ruin this, the dialogues feel fake and the characters feel like some parodic charicatures.

So overall some really good ideas and concepts but sadly not executed as well...
