Battle of Algiers (1966). This movie was so powerful it kept me fully engaged for two straight hours. I couldn't take my eyes off the screen, and I was insanely focused on every single event. I don't want to share any political opinions, but I hate injustice so much. This movie captured it so well that it made me feel disgusted, and it reminded me so much of what is happening in a country I don't need to mention. It captured every frame of torture and colonialism, making me feel uncomfortable and sick throughout the entire movie. They speak in the name of justice and all that, but in the end, they're just as dirty as mud. The camera work was so intense and brilliant that it made the tension feel incredibly high, to the point where I felt sweaty. It's just brilliant. I don't need to talk about the acting, as it felt too real. It felt like it wasn't just a fictional film it was a documentary made from real-life footage. Definitely a perfect movie and one of the greatest films that has left a heavy impact on me. In the end, justice was served, as it should be. Every human being deserves justice and freedom, and no single human should be treated as an animal.
