Small-town Pennsylvania schoolteacher Linda Sinclair balances her staid home life with an incredible passion for her subject. Then a former star pupil reenters her life after failing as a playwright in New York City. Seeing in his script the inspiration that she has always longed to instill in her students, this dyed-in-the-wool romantic enlists the help of long-suffering drama teacher Carl to mount the work as the high school’s next and riskiest production.

The English Teacher
Call me crazy but I actually enjoyed watching this :) I know  it’s not a masterpiece but I think it was fun ! (And also because Julianne Moore is so hot in this role wow) I’m so happy that the love interest changed bc the first one was not it 

And as a prospective English and drama teacher, I am really excited to see how it will turn out

si cada vez que julianne moore se liara con un hombre bastante más joven que ella (y se pusiera celosa porque una chica más cercana a su edad se lia con él) me dieran una moneda tendría dos monedas, lo que no es mucho pero es raro que pase dos veces
