Surviving the Game
Watched Surviving The Game (1994) with a bunch of neighbors in the backyard projector! Not a great movie but it was a ton of fun and this was probably the most ideal setting to watch this movie.

It's an adaptation of Most Dangerous Game where a homeless man taken to the woods and let loose for a bunch of rich a-holes to hunt for sport. Starring Ice-T as our homeless man and Rutger Hauer, Charles S. Dutton, Gary Busey, John C. Mcginley, and F Murray Abraham play the rich a-holes. Everyone is solid but I gotta highllight Busey who plays a psychologist of all things! You'd think he'd have the most manic performance but no - McGinley is absolutely bananas in this movie. He makes Busey look fairly sane!

Anyway, it's definitely feels like one of those 90's action thrillers that have been relegated to the discount DVD bin (does that still exist?) at Walmart but it's honestly pretty solid.

I mean The Most Dangerous Game has been done a million times in movies and if I was going to recommend one, I’d probably go with Hard Target. That said, if you’d like to watch Ice T neg a group of rich assholes for 90 minutes, then maybe this is the one for you.
