breaking down the rules of what a girl has to be or doesnt this is the best thing ive ever seen why did it take me so long to get around to watching this but honestly this is the best point to watch it. reading rebel girl just finished girl in a band im out like this really is fate so symbolic watching this about the woman who has shaped me completely as a person throughout my childhood listing to rebel girl in the car on the way to ballet to being so angry and so depressed in highschool and its my last ever day of being 16. metaphorical and symbolic and beautiful

i like kathleen hanna but finding out that they would exclude women of color and trans women is just weird. like i can’t imagine myself being a so called feminist and excluding other groups of women. so much for being progressive and alternative. it’s not a surprise tho…

Que artista tan interesante! Amo ver su evolución en la música y ver cómo va variando su identidad. Esto es feminismo puro y sin distorsión de los medios. Esto es historia moderna.
