Roger Coleman is just spectacular in this film. On top of that everyone else around him is pretty good too. The story is one I am familiar with though I have never read the book, and this adaptation seems to do it a great justice. The performances, the scenery, the costumes, everything in the presentation of the film does it well. The story itself too is a great interesting one that paints the French Revolution as the hysterical historic period well too. Good job
