this is basically horror as a stage show. everything is heightened, colourful, and just a little absurd. vincent price commands every scene he’s in. the kills are elaborate and ridiculous, but the art-deco sets and dark humour give it personality. it drags here and there, but the style and creativity make it a fun watch.
