jimmy stewart did not seem all there, and it was a bit weird that he just kept pulling things out from beneath his blacket as he stared longingly at a framed picture of his son in law.
In parts it was as if they knew the lines but werent aware of what they were actually saying.
Candy clark is dreadful.
Sarah miles is dreadful.
Dick richards handled mitchum in the phillip marlowe role so much better in farewell my lovely (1975) so I don’t understand how this mistake was made. The most hanus offense might actually be the ill-fit styling. What a boner killer.
