BIONICLE’s Revenge of the Sith.
This one was always my least favorite growing up, so I was interested to see how it would be on rewatch. Surprisingly dark and eerie in a lot of aspects for a children’s animated movie, especially for something like BIONICLE.
But it’s such a cool premise to have our heroes be turned into monsters the entire movie and fight against robotic, venomous spiders. And I respect it for having the villain say lines like, “Bring me their bodies” in the most menacing tone possible. Straight 2000s edgy teenage angst put into an animated movie based on LEGO toys, and I’m here for it!
Probably still my least favorite movie in the series, but it was a fun watch.
